Refund Policy

You can cancel anytime from your account or by emailing hello@areametrics.com. Cancellation stops all future charges. You keep access to paid features until the end of the period you already paid for — we don't cut you off early.

Because reports are digital and delivered immediately, monthly subscription payments are generally non-refundable once the paid period has started, except as described below. If you cancel mid-period, you keep access through the end of that period; no partial-month refund is issued.

Billing errors: a duplicate or clearly erroneous charge will be refunded in full — contact us within 30 days.

Service outage: if paid features were unavailable for a substantial part of your paid month due to a failure on our side, tell us and we will credit or refund that month.

Where the law requires it: wherever applicable law gives you a mandatory refund right, we honor it.

If you are in the EU or UK, you generally have a 14-day right of withdrawal. However, like all digital services, accessing paid features during that period means you are asking for the service to be provided immediately — in which case the withdrawal right ends when the service is fully performed, as permitted by law. Cancelling under this right before you use paid features: email us within 14 days of the charge and we will refund it.

Email hello@areametrics.com from the address on your account with the charge date and the email you paid with. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method, usually within 5–10 business days of approval, depending on your bank.

If we change this policy we'll update the date at the top. Changes never remove a refund right you already had.
