Cookie Policy

Cookies (and similar technologies like local storage) are small files a site stores on your device to remember things — like the fact you're signed in. Browsers let you view, block, and delete them.

Sign-in and session. The site can't keep you logged in without them. Set by our app platform.

Your cookie choice. We store your accept/reject preference in your browser's local storage so we don't re-ask on every page.

Google Analytics 4. Helps us count visits and see which tools are used. Sets Google cookies (_ga, etc.) that include a device identifier.

Microsoft Clarity. Anonymized session recordings and heatmaps so we can fix confusing pages. Clarity masks inputs and can be blocked by ad-blockers.

Google Ads (gtag). Measures which ads lead to sign-ups so we don't pay to show ads to people who already know us.

Meta Pixel. The same job on Facebook and Instagram.

Google Fonts. Your browser downloads our typefaces from Google's servers, which involves your IP address in the request.

OpenStreetMap tiles. Neighborhood map views fetch map images from OSM's servers.

Click “Cookie settings” in the site footer to update your preferences anytime. Withdrawing consent stops the scripts from loading again, though cookies already set remain until you delete them (see section 7). Rejecting non-essential cookies never limits the product: analyses, reports, and purchases all work.

All major browsers let you block or delete cookies in their privacy settings. Blocking essential cookies will sign you out. You can also enable “Do Not Track” or use private-browsing mode.
